Medication management can now be done via the internet, using a secure video platform allowing “face to face” interactions between doctor and patient. Dr. Tintorer is offering this service for all patients who live, work, or go to school anywhere in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania.

Please complete the Telepsychiatry Informed Consent Form as part of your intake paperwork, and provide either a signed Credit Card Authorization Form or pay by PayPal prior to your session.
Completed forms can be emailed to Dr. Tintorer at schedule.beechtree@gmail.com or faxed to our secure fax at 732-444-1331.
